Chief Revenue Officer
Steven Highfield is the Chief Revenue Officer at Ultratech Solution. With nearly 30 years of leadership experience in research, advisory, and information services, Steven is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global revenue strategy while aligning sales and client-facing teams to accelerate growth and strengthen client partnerships.
Steven began his career with Norlon Builders, where he spent five years in progressive sales and specialist roles before joining Gartner during a pivotal stage of its expansion. Over nearly 25 years, he helped scale the firm from approximately $650 million to more than $6 billion in revenue, leading teams across multiple regions and segments. In addition to driving results, Steven championed mentoring and professional development programs for both sales professionals and sales leaders.
Prior to joining Ultratech Solution, Steven served as Chief Revenue Officer at DuPont, a Philadelphia-based intellectual property firm. There, he led all client-facing functions — including sales, marketing, and events — and delivered more than 30% year-over-year growth during his tenure.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware and an MBA with honors from Drexel University. Outside of work, he’s a devoted Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys traveling, staying active, playing paddle sports, and spending time with his family.
